The Silver Queen Fine Art Gallery in Park City, Utah had a very basic website and shopping cart already set up for their business, but there were ready to take their web presence to the next level, so we helped them not only create a more professional looking website, but also boosted their search engine rankings and made it easier for them to add new content to the website on a regular basis.

Here is a brief summary of what we did for them:

• Installed the WordPress content management system under the website root in order to make future changes to the website easier for gallery staff.
• Made it so new artists, pages, and products could easily be added to the website and navigation bar.
• Made it so the images on the homepage now rotate and can easily be deleted, altered, or added by gallery staff in the future.
• Created a new blog area where the gallery staff can talk about upcoming events and share important information.
• Produced a custom-made instructional video that teaches the Silver Queen owners and their staff members how to make changes to their new website.
• Re-designed the existing shopping cart area of the website so that it would match the design of the rest of the website/blog/homepage.
• Performed search engine optimization (SEO) work on both new and existing pages of the website in order to improve search engine rankings and overall traffic/sales.
• Gave a one-on-one caching lesson for gallery owner and staff on how to use the new website, how to add new products to the shop, how to perform basic SEO tactics, etc.

The Specialty Advertising Association Of California (SAAC) needed to make some additional changes to their website at www.saac.net, so they came to us for their third major redesign in the last three years. This time, the design changes were focused largely on their homepage, where much of the clutter that existed previously was eliminated and the vital data (upcoming events and information about SAAC) was placed up front. Additional changes were made to the colors used on the website (so as to further brand the company with their other marketing materials) and supplemental blog/website pages. Caroline had a WordPress website already set up that she was using to share her latest happens and promote her work, but the site needed a facelift. After speaking with her about what she wanted, I redesigned her site to feature a modern design, automatically scrolling featured images on the homepage, and set up additional featured photo pages, which show off her images in four very separate categories: snow, water, lifestyle and published images.

The new website also features an improved blog area, fixed social media icons, and a dedicated links page where Caroline plans to post links to her sponsors, friends, etc.

The Bothy Hostel in Arequipa, Peru hired us to create a new website for them that showed off the party atmosphere that makes them stand out from all the other hostels in the city of Arequipa. They wanted a website that was bright with color, had lots of pictures, showcased the fact that they had 4-person dorms, large lockers in which to store your gear, and a social atmosphere that can’t be beat. They also wanted to encorporate Facebook into their website, have a space where they could add upcoming news and events, and show off photos from past events and activities held at the hostel. After a couple months of hard work, we’ve created a website for them that does all of these things. A little over a year ago we were asked to create a new website for the Specialty Advertising Association of California (SAAC). Click here to see the design we created.

Since that time, SAAC has come back to us and asked that we create a site for them that is more modern, easier to navigate, and consists of two separate areas – one for the main SAAC website information and another for the SAAC Tradeshow, which is an event that the organization conducts each and every year.

To make the site appear more modern, we changed the colors throughout the site and redesigned the header content.

Navigation was improved through the creation of several different sidebars and a newly organized navigation drop-down menu.

Finally, a totally new web template was created just for the annual SAAC Tradeshow. (The image above shows the main SAAC website, while the image below shows the new SAAC Tradeshow website.) Using an existing brochure that had been made up for the coming year’s Tradeshow, we designed the SAAC Show website to match the artwork on the additional Tradeshow marketing materials.

The Ventura Spinal Care Center had constructed more than a dozen different websites before they realized the need for a site that was professional, good looking, and easy for their patients to navigate.

To make this happen, we built a bright, colorful and modern site with easy navigation and a sales funnel that leads new patients from the home page to the contact page, where an appointment with the Doctor can be made.
